This proposal is structured in 6/7 days, pointing to the discovery of the famous five typical fishing villages, called 5 Terre: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore, to go up to Portovenere and Isola Palmaria.

Since 1997, the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, the islands Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto, were included among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Sailing towards East Coast (Riviera di Levante), admire from the sea the promontory of Portofino, the bay of San Fruttuoso, with the statue of Christ of Foreign Abyss placed on the seabed and the Gulf of Tigullio with Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

It takes navigation to Sestri Levante, known as the "city of two seas", with its old town overlooking the two bays "Fairy Tale" and "Silence", where you can moor.

From there it proceeds towards the Cinque Terre with the many possibilities of visiting villages.

The villages are connected to each other also by beautiful hiking trails, it is therefore possible to land in one of the villages, visit its center and walk the unique panorama nature trail that connects to the villages next, where it can be re-boarded.

Finally sailing smoothly, you get close to the village of Portovenere, where we can moor between the Palmaria island and the port of the village, from here you have a chance to get off the ground, to visit the country and for an excursion to the Palmaria island.

ADVICE

Remember the simple rules and suggest that will make it pleasant and comfortable life on board:

1) Water is a precious commodity to be used sparingly;

2) Use the appropriate bins for paper or other, the toilet on board has equipped with small drains easily can be closed;

3) Even the most experienced sailors can suffer from seasickness, do not forget to take along suitable bracelets or pills;

4) The sea is a wonderful friend and like every friend must be respected, even small gestures are important to him, a cigarette filter degrades after 7 years.

5) The baggage

Boat is preferable to bring soft bags rather than hard suitcases: you stow better and take up less space. They'll need a few things: shirts, sweatshirts, comfortable long trousers and shorts, bathing suits, two pairs of shoes, of which 1 to be used only by boat with no black non-slip rubber sole, light jacket (K-Way) hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.

6) The galley

The galley requires a careful planning. The water is never enough: calculate at least two and a half liters per head per day, and choose plastic bottles. Prefer the long-life milk, preferably in tetra packs. Biscuits, crackers and bread sticks are easily digestible and storable. Do not forget the pasta, often single dish. Choose fruits and vegetables not too ripe.

A few steps away are all kinds of shops, the most important:

supermarket with fruit and vegetables, cheeses, meats, sausages, bread, cakes typical;

pharmacy, banks, ATMs
